C&rsquo;est aussi un probl\u00e8me majeur d&rsquo;<a title=\"http:\/\/carfree.fr\/index.php\/2008\/04\/19\/automobile-et-consommation-despace\/\" href=\"http:\/\/carfree.fr\/index.php\/2008\/04\/19\/automobile-et-consommation-despace\/\">occupation et de consommation d&rsquo;espace<\/a> au sein des villes.<\/p>\n<p>Hermann Knoflacher est ing\u00e9nieur des transports \u00e0 Vienne.
