Conclusion\u00a0: l\u2019air de nos grandes cit\u00e9s est satur\u00e9  de particules fines et d\u2019ozone, et pas seulement les jours de \u00ab\u00a0pics de  pollution\u00a0\u00bb. Le respect des <a rel=\"external\" href=\"http:\/\/www.who.int\/mediacentre\/factsheets\/fs313\/fr\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">normes<\/a>, recommand\u00e9es par l\u2019Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9 (OMS) permettrait, selon l\u2019\u00e9tude, d\u2019\u00e9viter de nombreux morts.<\/p>\n<p>Que la pollution de l\u2019air ait un impact direct sur l\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bastamag.net\/article1769.html\" target=\"_blank\">esp\u00e9rance de vie<\/a> n\u2019est pas nouveau. Et que le trafic routier en soit le responsable  principal non plus\u00a0! Mais l\u2019\u00e9tude a aussi mis en \u00e9vidence les  cons\u00e9quences \u00e9conomiques de ce d\u00e9sastre sanitaire, en \u00e9valuant notamment  le co\u00fbt des hospitalisations pour difficult\u00e9s respiratoires et  cardiaques.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9sultat\u00a0: pr\u00e8s de 5 milliards d\u2019euros par an, pour les  seuls impacts \u00e0 long terme des particules fines. Ces diff\u00e9rents  r\u00e9sultats <em>\u00ab\u00a0sont susceptibles d\u2019encourager la mise en \u0153uvre de  politiques publiques d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019air au niveau  local\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, conclut sobrement la pr\u00e9sentation du rapport de l\u2019INVS.<\/p>\n<p>Comme bannir la voiture individuelle des villes, par exemple\u00a0?
