Mais la ville n\u00e9erlandaise ne s&rsquo;arr\u00eate pas l\u00e0 et semble avoir radicalement modifi\u00e9 son urbanisme en l&rsquo;espace de 10 ans, y compris en transformant des autoroutes urbaines en canaux! <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bouwpututrecht.nl\/metamorfose-030\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">site internet<\/a> montre ainsi de nombreuses photos d&rsquo;Utrecht avant\/apr\u00e8s entre 2007-2008 et 2017-2018.
